If there monsters lurking under your bed or hiding in your closet, don’t worry, you aren’t alone. Enough people suffer from bedroom monsters (granted, most of them are pretty little) that Jeff and Josslyn Dodds, a father-daughter team of pharmacists working at Barrett Pharmacy in Watford City, North Dakota created an awesome solution to banish those fearsome nighttime pests. It’s called Monster Spray and it’s a blue potion that comes in an official-looking medicinal spray bottle.
The instructions on the label are simple: ‘Spray around the room at night before bed, repeat if necessary.’ Each bottle is good for 120 spray and comes with one refill. The best part is that Monster Spray really seems to work.
Barrett has used it to cure a handful of children with monster-fears. “It’s 100 percent safe and it works amazingly,” said Josslyn. “It really seems to get rid of the monsters.” According to the parents who have used it, it’s the realistic prescription bottle that convinces their children.
“I had to put it in a prescription bottle,” said Austin Johnson, a pharmacy technician at Barrett. The idea for Monster Spray came about when Johnson’s friend had trouble getting her kid to sleep because of the monsters. “She wouldn’t have believed it if it hadn’t come from the pharmacy with the label.” The friend’s 6-year-old daughter sprayed the medicine for three nights before believing that her room was truly monster-free.
So watch out sneaky monsters. Your
daysnights of are numbered.
